D, 03003, Alicante, Spain, owner of the website www.veronicatraduccion.com, confirms that it is responsible for the files with personal data provided by users through the portal and informs and communicates to users of the portal its Privacy Policy on Protection of Personal Data in accordance with current legislation on the subject and contained in Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society. Its purpose is that users of the website freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ with their personal data for which they may be required as a result of viewing the content of the portal and the acquisition of VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ’s services.

VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, assumes responsibility for use in accordance with the regulations established in the Personal Data Protection Law and assures that it has adopted all technical and organizational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.

4) ASSIGNMENTS

VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ agrees not to transfer or communicate any personal data provided by the user, except for those cases in which it is necessary to improve the quality of the service, all of which are included in the contractual relationship contracted with VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ. The owner of the data expressly authorizes the transfer of the data to be processed for these cases, and VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ commits itself to request, expressly and in writing, a new authorization from the user, in the event that the transfer is necessary for other purposes not contemplated in this clause.

5) USER RIGHTS

The acceptance of the owner so that their data can be processed is always revocable, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13. Consequently, the user owner of the data may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms contained in Law 15/1999 of December 13, by written and reliable communication sent by certified mail to Avda. de la Estación, 27, Entlo. D, 03003, Alicante, Spain, owner of the website www.veronicatraduccion.com, or by e-mail sent to info@veronicatraduccion.com, or any other means that proves its sending to the responsible. 6) RESPONSIBILITIES OF VERONICA GONZALEZ

VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, as the party responsible for the file and the Internet portal, guarantees full compliance with the provisions established in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, as well as guarantees due compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society, regarding the owner’s information and unsolicited commercial communications or spamming.

VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ also guarantees the confidentiality of communications carried out with the user, as well as the due and diligent treatment of personal data provided by the user. VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ undertakes not to reveal any confidential information, as well as not to inform about any data subject to processing, except in cases where the law expressly requires it or when required by the competent public authorities in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case.

7) USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false, vague or inaccurate data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law. The user is aware of and accepts the terms established in the privacy policy of VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, and hereby expressly, freely and voluntarily consents to the automated processing of his/her personal data, under the terms established in these clauses.
