By means of this notice, Verónica González Pérez, owner of the trademark VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ Y MARCAS,S.L.U (hereinafter, VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ), with CIF number B-54297593, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante in volume 3254, folio 153, section 8, page A110418 dated 09/01/2008, with registered address at Avda. de la Estación, 27, Entlo. D, 03003, Alicante, Spain, owner of the website www.veronicatraduccion.com, confirms that it is responsible for the files with personal data provided by users through the portal and informs and communicates to users of the portal its Privacy Policy on Protection of Personal Data in accordance with current legislation on the subject and contained in Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society. Its purpose is that users of the website freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ with their personal data for which they may be required as a result of viewing the content of the portal and the acquisition of VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ’s services.
2) USES, PURPOSES AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER:

D, 03003, Alicante, Spain, owner of the website www.veronicatraduccion.com,. VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, assumes responsibility for use in accordance with the regulations established in the Personal Data Protection Law and assures that it has adopted all technical and organizational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.
4) ASSIGNMENTS
VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ agrees not to transfer or communicate any personal data provided by the user, except for those cases in which it is necessary to improve the quality of the service, all of which are included in the contractual relationship contracted with VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ. The owner of the data expressly authorizes the transfer of the data to be processed for these cases, and VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ commits itself to request, expressly and in writing, a new authorization from the user, in the event that the transfer is necessary for other purposes not contemplated in this clause.
5) USER RIGHTS
The acceptance of the owner so that their data can be processed is always revocable, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13. Consequently, the user owner of the data may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms contained in Law 15/1999 of December 13, by written and reliable communication sent by certified mail to Avda. de la Estación, 27, Entlo. D, 03003, Alicante, Spain, owner of the website www.veronicatraduccion.com, or by e-mail sent to info@veronicatraduccion.com, or any other means that proves its sending to the responsible. In this communication, the owner is obliged to indicate and provide his identification data, photocopy of the National Identity Document, postal address, telephone, contact person, e-mail and a written explanation of the right to exercise, as well as its causes.
At the same time that the rights are exercised, VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, undertakes to show the data collected, the purposes and uses for which they have been delivered and treated in the case of exercising the right of access, modify and correct them when the right of rectification is exercised, stop processing them when the right of opposition has been exercised or cancel them when the right of cancellation has been exercised. In the latter case, and according to the legal provisions established in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, in its article 16, VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ will keep them, even after the relationship has ended and, in any case, during the legally established periods, solely and exclusively to make them available to administrative or judicial authorities if necessary and when expressly requested by them.
6) RESPONSIBILITIES OF VERONICA GONZALEZ
VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, as the party responsible for the file and the Internet portal, guarantees full compliance with the provisions established in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, approving the Regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, as well as guarantees due compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society, regarding the owner’s information and unsolicited commercial communications or spamming.
VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ also guarantees the confidentiality of communications carried out with the user, as well as the due and diligent treatment of personal data provided by the user. VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ undertakes not to reveal any confidential information, as well as not to inform about any data subject to processing, except in cases where the law expressly requires it or when required by the competent public authorities in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case.
7) USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false, vague or inaccurate data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law. The user is aware of and accepts the terms established in the privacy policy of VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ, and hereby expressly, freely and voluntarily consents to the automated processing of his/her personal data, under the terms established in these clauses. The user consents to, and as such is responsible for, the sending of commercial communications and advertising offers that VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ may send to its registered users and clients.
8) INFORMATION SOCIETY LAW
Without prejudice to what is stated in the previous paragraph, in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, in order to send commercial information about new services and offers from VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ via e-mail or any other equivalent electronic means of communication, the express authorization of the User is requested. Thus, if the User does not wish to receive commercial and advertising information, he/she must expressly indicate this in this clause or by sending an e-mail to the address info@veronicatraduccion.com indicating his/her express wish not to receive commercial, promotional or advertising information.
9) COOKIES
In order to speed up the service offered, identifying each user as quickly as possible, VERÓNICA GONZÁLEZ will use cookies.
